Can you believe it? The first two days of my vacation were actually spent in a mall! I MISSED SHOPPING :p~

Do you know. I once learned in psych class that every mall has a distinct aroma that makes you want to stay and shop further? As proof, go smell your newly bought clothes. Same concept applies with the music that plays over the PA system. Mosty classical, hardly ever fast or loud. Pretty good strategy!

Another trivia.

Do you know that parking spaces in the Western countries are free? They're actually GLAD that you're spending tons of hours in the mall. The longer you stay, the happier they are. More hours mean more profit. Certainly, no one ever spends 6 hours in a mall without buying anything. From food down to clothes... It's still money. Sigh, only reflects how money oriented business men are here in the PI. Disappointing and embarrassing.

Anyway, I spent my Thursday afternoon with my mom shopping for Guia's gifts and "pasalubong" for my cousins in the US. I spent my Friday afternoon with Andi in Starbucks and Paola plus Gelo in Red Ribbon (together with the UP babes and the UP... boys? ;p). Anton picked me up at around 5 and off we went to galle.

I bought stuff for Guia again. And for myself. Anton told me that I'm spending too much for a birthday gift but I can't help it! I keep seeing stuff that remind me of her. Like I bought a top in PRP, and saw the same design in medium, I got one for her too. Besides, she's my bestfriend in school.. She deserves nothing but the best. (HAHAHA, how madrama. Just hope they fit!)

I bought my third pair of tiki thongs from Nike in Olympic Gold where I accidentally bumped into Juliana Palermo. Haha, she's hot! Too hot for my boyfriend who stood motionless and speechless for about 5 seconds. Sales men, without an ounce of hesitation, gathered around the nook just to stare at her. Someone was even taking her video! HAHAHA pathetic, I know! BOYS AND THEIR HIGH LEVELS OF TESTOSTERONE. Tsk, tsk. I wish it were a monthly thing for them too!

After that seemingly "exciting" episode of Anton's life, we let his adrenalin die down for a bit (which includes his zest, for lack of a better term, for texting friends about Juliana and her rack) before we had dinner, watched Robots, and headed home to wrap the gifts.

I'm leaving for Guia's debut tonight in a sky blue dress... And I am loving it! Loooooving it! I'll post the pictures when I get home or tomorrow morning.. Yes, I have the time now.

Til then ;)

I haven't officially announced that I made a tabulas account so... If you're reading this entry right this very moment, you must be an avid fan! You've been checking my name out, haven't you? Hahaha!

Anyway, I still have to figure this thing out so entries might take a while. In the meantime, feel free to leave a comment.. No, more like a greeting :) It's always nice to know that someone actually cared.

Tight hugs and strawberry kisses!
